Description
 
100+ year old reclaimed hand hewn log mantle.  The axe marks remain apparent. Some mantles may have the mortise and tenon detials still in them. Depth and thickness of log will vary between 4” and 6”, specify what you would prefer. Includes two lag bolts and two plugs to mount mantel to the structure behind the finished wall. Finished with 2 coats of tung oil and a coat of bees wax.  
This mantel comes with the scallop brackets

Install the plugs into the holes to cover the bolts, or leave the bolts exposed!
